How to Use ACV for Glowing Skin — Without Burning Your Face Off

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been a popular product for at-home beauty treatments recently, but why? Board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Zenovia, weighs in on the conversation and explains the benefits that ACV can have on the skin.  Fundamentally, the benefits of ACV are a result of the fermenting process with yeast and helpful bacteria used to create the vinegar. When applied topically, Dr. Zenovia explains, ACV can help to clear acne caused by bacteria. ACV is also helpful for improving comedonal acne and generally clogged pores. It is extremely important to note that ACV must be diluted, or chemical burns may result.
