Vitamin C Brightening Toner

Shake well before use. Pump the toner onto a cotton pad or cotton ball, then swipe it over your clean face and neck. (Avoid eye contact, but it’s gentle enough to pat around the orbital area if needed.) Do not rinse off. Follow with your serum and moisturizer. Use morning and evening for best results. Tip: Don’t forget to tone your décolletage (neck and chest) as well, as these areas benefit from brightening and hydration too.
