AM

1. Cleanse: Gently massage Refresh Antioxidant Cleanser onto damp skin, then rinse and pat dry.
   
2. Treat: Apply a few drops of Niacinamide Drops to the face and neck.
   
3. Moisturize: Follow with Inflam-Aging Moisturizer (and Peptide & Ceramide Moisturizer if extra dryness is present).
   
4. Protect: Finish with Dr. Zenovia SPF.
   
5. Optional: Lightly spritz water or a hydrating mist over the skin to lock in moisture.
   

PM

1. Cleanse: Use Refresh Antioxidant Cleanser to remove the day’s buildup.
   
2. Treat: Apply Niacinamide Drops to clean, dry skin.
   
3. Repair: Smooth Inflam-Aging Night Repair over face and neck.
   
4. For very dry areas, layer Peptide & Ceramide Moisturizer as a final step.
