Subscription Terms and Cancellation

Dr. Zenovia's subscription service is a convenient and easy way to never run out of your favorite products.

In order to manage or cancel your subscription plan you will need to login to your Dr. Zenovia account and click "manage subscription".  From there you will have the option to pause, delay or cancel your subscription.

Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
