Dr. Zenovia Skincare makes it a top priority that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Purchases made on DrZenovia.com can only be billed and shipped in the United States (including Alaska).

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.

Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

All orders placed on drzenovia.com are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.

Please note that for Next Day Air, 2^nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping orders must be placed before 3 PM EST to be processed before the end of the day.
