Dr. Zenovia's Tips
Spot treatment is for the blemish, not the whole face - a thin layer on the spot, then leave it alone. The cleanser does the daily prevention. And if a spot is deep and painful, don't pick: treat it, protect it, and give it 48 hours.

FAQs
Can I use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser and a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment together?
Yes - that's how dermatologists layer them. The 10% cleanser is rinsed off and treats the whole area daily; the 5% spot treatment stays on and works only where you apply it. Start the spot treatment once a day and build up if your skin tolerates it.
How long does it take benzoyl peroxide to work on a breakout?
Individual blemishes often look smaller and less red within 24-48 hours of spot treatment. For fewer new breakouts overall, expect 4-6 weeks of consistent twice-daily cleansing. Benzoyl peroxide works by reducing acne-causing bacteria, so consistency matters more than strength.
Is 10% benzoyl peroxide too strong?
Dr. Zenovia's cleanser uses ultra-micronized benzoyl peroxide, which penetrates pores with less irritation than standard particles, and it rinses off, so skin isn't sitting in it. Ease in once a day, moisturize after, and reduce frequency if dryness or peeling shows up.
Can I use this on my back and chest?
Yes. The cleanser is formulated for face and body, so use it in the shower on chest, back and shoulders. Save the spot treatment for individual blemishes.
