    How to Use

    Apply a thin layer of 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Spot Treatment to active blemishes once a day, increasing to two or three times daily as needed. Once a blemish has fully healed and the skin is closed, apply a thin layer of Scar Gel Treatment to the mark twice daily and let it dry. Never apply scar gel to an open or active breakout.

    When should I switch from spot treatment to scar gel?

    As soon as the blemish has fully healed and the skin is closed - no open wound, no scab. Spot treatment is for the active breakout; silicone scar gel is for the mark that remains. Using both on the same spot at the same time isn't necessary.

    Does silicone gel work on acne scars?

    Silicone gel is the dermatologist standard for scar care: it hydrates and protects healing skin so scars form flatter and softer and look less noticeable over time. It's most effective on newer scars and marks, applied consistently twice a day.

    Can I use the scar gel on old acne scars?

    You can. Results on older scars come more slowly than on fresh ones, so give it 8-12 weeks of consistent use. Deep, pitted scars may need an in-office treatment; the gel still helps smooth and soften the surface.

    Can I wear makeup over the scar gel?

    Yes - apply a thin layer, let it dry completely (a few minutes), then apply moisturizer, SPF and makeup as usual.
